Sump Pump Failure In Basement

This home in South Amherst recently experienced a water loss due to a sump pump failure. Due to a recent storm, rain was coming down too hard for the sump pump to keep up causing it to fail, and water flooding the basement. Our SERVPRO of North Coast team responded immediately and started performing emergency services when they arrived at the home. Our dedicated team extracted the water in the affected area, set up drying equipment and monitored the drying process.
