Sump Pump Failure

SERVPRO of The North Coast was called out to this residential home for water damage caused by a sump pump failure. As you can see in the picture to the top left, there was a significant amount of water on the carpet. The water not only affected this recreational room, it also affected a storage room, and laundry room.

Our SERVPRO Team got right to work to remove the affected items, and begin the mitigation process. Unfortunately the carpet was unable to be saved, as you can see in the picture to the top right. Our SERVPRO crew also had to cut the walls in this basement since they were also affected by how high the water came up.
