Water Loss At Vacant Building

Our SERVPRO of North Coast team was called out to a vacant retail store that experienced a water loss in their basement due to a drain backup. When our team arrived, we accessed the damage and quickly began emergency services. The water was extracted from the concrete basement floor. No equipment was needed. Our team did notice a decent amount growth of mold on the walls, which told us this water had been sitting down there for awhile now. Upon discovery, we remediated the affected area with mold.

Our customers were so pleased with how quickly we got their basement back to preloss condition.
