Sump Pump Failure In Local Home

SERVPRO of The North Coast was called out to this home in La Grange to access water damage caused by a sump pump back up. As you can see in the picture to the top left, there are many inches of standing water and there are many contents affected.

Our dedicated SERVPRO Team was onsite immediately to start the mitigation process. We started by moving out all affected contents, extracting the remaining standing water, steamed cleaned basement floor and set equipment.

When the homeowners first discovered the many inches of standing water in their basement, they didn't know what to do! But they were very pleased at how quickly our SERVPRO of The North Coast Team arrived and how quickly we got the job done. We saved the day!
