Pipe Burst In Cleveland Commercial Building

This local commercial building in downtown Cleveland suffered a pipe burst causing a significant amount of water damage to the main banquet room. As you can see in the picture at the top left, there is a significant amount of standing water with pieces of the ceiling that came down.

Our SERVPRO of The North Coast Team arrived on site right away to start the mitigation process. Our highly trained technicians started by extracting the remaining standing water from the carpet, set equipment, spray microbial and remove the affected ceiling tiles. You can see in the picture at the top right, this loss required a decent amount of equipment.

Our SERVPRO Team worked hard to get this room back to preloss condition so the customers could get back to using the room like normal.
